The body is raw hemp stalk, the core is made of felt and the head is natural hemp yarn. We use a traditional way of wrapping. The final sewing is made by hand. The tension of wrapping gives the hardness. Again, the hollowness in the body makes the sound wider. Every percussion and drum player needs a pair of mallets.
