Hemp pillow cases are handwoven on commercial pattern looms at our workshop with care and attention to every detail. Our offerings are all handmade, and as is generally true with handicrafts there are nuances between each piece. Variation is to be expected as well as respected as a mark of assurance that what you buy comes from the hands of real people.

The Romanian hemp yarn used in weaving our pillow cases is grown on local farms from improved hemp fiber varieties using low environmental impact techniques, and the fiber is processed in a modern long-fiber textile mill without cottonization. Hemp pillow cases are backed with pure hemp fabric woven in Romania.
